Ruth Vorster is the Principal Lawyer of Geraldton Family Law. Admitted to practice in June 2017, she has nearly a decade of experience assisting clients through legal matters with practical, strategic, and straightforward advice.

Ruth is known for her logical approach and commitment to resolving disputes in the most cost-effective way possible. Wherever appropriate, she helps clients reach agreement through negotiation and mediation, avoiding the stress, delay, and expense of court proceedings. When litigation is necessary, she provides strong and pragmatic representation focused on achieving practical outcomes.

In addition to family law, Ruth also assists clients with estate planning, deceased estates, and contract advice, providing practical legal solutions across a range of personal and business matters.

Outside of law, Ruth enjoys cricket, tennis, and hockey, and is actively involved in the community through her roles on three committees.
